Frequently Asked Questions

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, to secure your date, a non-refundable deposit (retainer) is required, along with a signed contract. The deposit amounts to half of your session fee. For more details, please refer to Article 2.2 of your contract.

How early should I arrive to my session?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session time. This ensures we can begin promptly without feeling rushed. Keep in mind that traffic in Phoenix can be unpredictable, so please allow sufficient time for any unforeseen delays. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, feel free to inform us; we may be able to start ahead of schedule if both parties are ready.

What if I am running late?

If you anticipate being late, please call us immediately to inform us of your delay and estimated arrival time. Note that your session start time begins at the agreed-upon time stated in Article 1.1 of the contract, regardless of your actual arrival time. Time missed due to lateness will be forfeited. In certain cases, we may be able to extend the session at an additional cost of $100 per 30 minutes, but this is not guaranteed and depends on factors like lighting conditions and location availability

How long does video production take?

The timeline for video production depends on the project's complexity. Smaller projects, such as social media content or real estate videos, can typically be completed within 24-72 hours, while larger productions, such as commercials or corporate films, may take a few weeks from planning to final delivery. We’ll provide a timeline estimate during the consultation.

Do I receive all Raw footage and Unedited Images from my project?

Our standard service includes professionally edited final videos and images to ensure the highest quality. Raw footage and unedited images are not included in the final deliverables unless specified in the contract. If you require access to raw files, please discuss this during booking, as additional fees may apply.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made no later than 7 days prior to the session date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and no refund will be provided, as outlined in Article 6.4 of the contract.
