2. Booking & Payments
All bookings for photography and videography services require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. Full payment terms, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in your specific service agreement.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients may request to reschedule with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations result in the forfeiture of the retainer. In the event Snider & Fjordholm must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.
4. Intellectual Property
All images, videos, and creative content produced by Snider & Fjordholm remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise specified. Clients receive usage rights as outlined in their signed agreement, but not full ownership unless purchased separately.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information and be punctual for all scheduled sessions. Any delays or missed appointments may result in reduced shooting time or additional fees.
6. Turnaround Time
Typical delivery for final edited images and videos will be provided in your agreement. Rush edits may be available upon request for an additional fee.
7. Website Content & Accuracy
We strive to keep this website’s content accurate and up to date. However, Snider & Fjordholm makes no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Snider & Fjordholm will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
