1. Booking & Scheduling
All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system or by contacting our team.A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to reschedule an appointment within the approved timeframe.Clients are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, subject to availability.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any fees.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.No-shows will be charged the full session fee with no option for rescheduling.Rescheduling requests made within the required notice period will be accommodated based on availability.
3. Payment & Refunds
Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking or upon arrival for the session.We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment methods. We do not accept checks.Refunds are only issued in cases of service cancellation by Snider & Fjordholm. Deposits and payments are otherwise non-refundable.Any disputes regarding billing should be addressed within 7 days of the transaction date.
4. Client Expectations & Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all interactions with our team.Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect towards our team or other clients will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.Clients should disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before their session to ensure a safe and effective experience.
5. Service Guarantee & Quality Assurance
Snider & Fjordholm is committed to providing high-quality services. If a client is unsatisfied with their session, they should contact our team within 24 hours to discuss concerns and possible resolutions.We do not offer refunds based on personal preferences, but we will work with clients to address any service-related issues.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.We respect the privacy of our clients and ensure that all interactions remain discreet and professional.
7. Special AccommodationsIf a client requires special accommodations due to medical conditions, disabilities, or personal preferences, they should notify us at the time of booking.We will do our best to meet reasonable requests within our capacity.
8. Changes to Policies
